Bill was kind, professional, and very honest. He didn't patronize or attempt to manipulate. He was clear about pricing, explained the market, and made sure that we had clear access to the CARFAX reports on the cars we were interested in. While we went to get a bank draft, he arranged for an ICBC representative to come to the lot, and when we returned a friendly agent was there to finalize the paperwork. Bill's lot was the 26th out 28 lots I visited. And while I met a small handful of other great salespersons, Bill was the only one I bought a car from.
